The villa offers a modern luxury living with extra high ceilings and 5 bedrooms for 10 persons including a large master bedroom with separate dressing and marble bathroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are made upon arrival, bath linen are included. The villa comes with a terrace with a roof and gas barbecue and 10 person table, a large (710 sqft /6x11m) roman style swimming pool with large marble terrace, and a vast pool house that offers stunning views over the olive trees and the valley, in the midst of a Mediterranean garden. In the garden you have games for the kids incl. football and a jeux de boules (petanque). In addition the villa offers you a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining room. Downstairs you have a playroom with a billiard table and a table football for adults and toys for kids. There is also a laundry machine and dryer. This beautiful domain offers you a paradise like basis from which to explore all that the Côte d’Azur has to offer including golf, nature, beaches, hiking, canyoning, biking, the Provence and of course the Côte d’Azur itself with its famous shopping, riviera, restaurants, sailing clubs. The famous GPA golf courses of the La Bastide d’Opio, Royal Mougins, and Valbonne are close by at 5 to 10 minutes per car. Other attractions like Gourdon, the Parc du Mercantour for canyoning, and departure points for hiking in the pre-Alps are within half an hours drive. The famous boulevard and beaches of Cannes are at a 20 minute drive, Nice and Nice airport are at about a 30 minute drive by car. Closer by are nice places worth a visit like Valbonne, Opio, Châteauneuf and Grasse, capital of perfume. A bit further you will find Les gorges du Verdon, Italy, and Monaco all at about 1 hour drive by car.
