There are businesses below that use a separate parking lot and enter from the below parking area. Keep in mind that during the day on weekdays you may occasionally hear people talking outside in the parking lot down below the condo. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The fridge is not a full size fridge. Other things to note Usage of EV charging station will be an additional charge. If you would like to book dates for both condo's please let me know as soon as possible so I can check availability. An air mattress can be provided for guests with more than 4 people and will have a mattress cover, sheet, pillows, and blankets available as well. Sometimes Airbnb automatically shows dates as booked because of the minimum night stay requirement or blocking off more days than actually needed for cleaning between guests so if you want an extra day before or after what our calendar shows as available feel free to message me and I can check to see if it is available and manually make it available.
