Immersed in nature, a modern, bright, spacious, well-furnished house. A few kilometers from Polinago, a small town in the Modena Apennines, 800 meters above sea level, off the beaten track. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with sofas, a kitchen, and a dining area. The house is completed by a porch with a dining table, a large garden with ping pong and sun loungers; the laundry room with a washing machine and a sink. The barbecue and wood-fired oven are available for guests. The space The house, immersed in a large garden, is on two floors: on the ground floor, living room, lunch, equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, a half bathroom On the first floor, two double bedrooms ,each with its own bathroom, and a single. The entrance is lit at night. On the porch , exclusively for guests' use, a dining table. In the laundry room, washing machine, laundry and an ironing board. Bedding and towels are provided. Sun loungers, ping pong, and barbecue are available to guests. The furnishings are new and modern. Fast and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms . Parking, adjacent to the house, is reserved for guests only and free of charge. The house does not have air conditioning because the weather does not require it.
