The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with sofas, a kitchen and a dining area. The house is completed by a porch with a dining table, a large garden with ping pong and sun loungers, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a sink. A barbecue and wood-fired oven are available for guests. The space The house, surrounded by a large garden, is on two floors: on the ground floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a single bedroom. The entrance is illuminated at night. On the porch, for the exclusive use of guests, there is a dining table. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, a drying rack, and an ironing board. Bed linens and towels are included. Sun loungers, ping pong and barbecue are available for guests. The furnishings are new and modern. Fast and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Parking, adjacent to the house, is reserved for guests and is free. The house does not have air conditioning because the climate does not require it. In the winter season, there is heating. Guest access Guests will stay independently in the house; they can use the laundry, parking, garden with sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue. Other things to note The house is equipped with every comfort. The place is enchanting for those who love contact with nature. The small town, 2 km away, offers everything you need for everyday life.
