Spacious and very cozy rooms in chalet.

Cozy Chalet in development 5 minutes from the beach. Modern rustic style with garden- BBQ and pergola terrace at back. The four bedrooms are bright and well equipped, one with a single bed and three double beds. It is rented for long seasons too and until the month of June when it turns into tourist rental (July and August). The space Residential urbanization, quiet, 5 minutes from the beaches of Montroig, Cambrils and Salou, in the heart of Costa Dorada. The chalet has gardens in front and behind, with a barbecue and outdoor oven. Two floors, the chalet is accessed by the front door with a small porch. First floor: entering on the left, the kitchen fully equipped. A toilet with shower and the living-dining room. Through this we go straight to a pergola terrace, from which we contemplate the trees and plants of the garden. On the second floor, climbing stairs from the hallway on the first floor, we reach the four bedrooms and the full bathroom with bathtub. There is also a folding staircase to access the loft. The house has WiFi. Guest access Guests can enjoy all the common areas, garden, equipped kitchen, dining room with TV, sofa, barbecue, etc, the terrace with pergola. The owners we take care of some chickens that are in the back area whose eggs are for the use of those who live in the chalet. During your stay Any questions guests have will try to resolve immediately, if they are at our fingertips. Check-in and check-out are free. Other things to note There is another area, which is communal for the four chalets that are inhabited and the pool is located, which is not in use at the moment.
