We have a huge garden at the rear of the property which is completely enclosed and safe for people to sit in and relax. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and we are not overlooked by any body. The garden house is out of bounds as is currently being used for storage. Other things to note NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC NO SMOKING INDOORS. NO PETS. No parties as we have neighbours we don’t want to disturb. If these rules are broken we will have no option but to remove you from the property with no refund. Garden furniture can be left out so long as you request prior and put it all away every night. Anything damaged will need to be paid for, don’t care about the odd plate or cup etc but if anything else.
