Le Moulin de la Fontaine: The art of living by the water Just 1.5 hours from Paris, escape to a preserved estate with a 9-hectare pond to stroll, disconnect or fish in No-Kill. Since 1998, we have been shaping this peaceful retreat to offer you a timeless break. Whether you are looking for the authenticity of a stone cottage or the adventure of an unusual night in the trailer or the barge, the Moulin de la Fontaine is the ideal refuge to unwind. The space The upstairs cottage consists of a large living room, dining room, small kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a large bedroom with 3 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90. Sheets are provided but beds are not made and sleeping without covers is not allowed. Outside you will find a garden table with a barbecue in front of the pond of more than 8 hectares where you can fish without a license but in NO KILL. You can book 2 nights and pay me for other nights upon arrival if you wish. I just need to block the schedule. Guest access The cottage is located at the top of the stone staircase, facing the pond, you can park on the parking area in front of the pond. Other things to note Please note that the body of water is not monitored. You can request the cleaning fee option to be paid on site for €50. Rent a boat, canoe, paddleboard or bicycle for €10 per day.
