The Summer House

A self contained studio flat close to Central Edinburgh. Set in a large private garden with a small orchard and vegetable plots. Close to nice boutique shops, as well as a Waitrose, M & S, Tesco and Sainsburys. We are in the beautiful leafy suburb of Morningside. The Summer House suits couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It's an easy walk to the city centre via the Meadows, or jump on a bus for a 10- 15 minute trip to town. Private and secure access is via my garage The space The Summer House has a comfortable Sofa Bed. Full kitchen area, with fridge, dishwasher, hob and oven. Table and chairs, and a lovely shower room with wc. I provide towels and bed linen. There is a full length roller blind and movable screens for privacy. We love the open views across the garden. Guest access The Summer House is independently accessed via our garage. The garage doors are opened and shut using a remote control. Other things to note Parking is free weekdays from 5.30pm to 8.30 am and at weekends. At other times there are paid meters . There is free parking a short walk away.
