OLD SCHOOL AIRBNB- We own ONE rental and we love sharing it with others! Enjoy amazing sunsets from this year round cottage on East Shore of Cayuga Lake. Sleeps 5. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation: Swimming, Canoeing, Campfires, Fishing, Kayaking. Three wineries within 5 min. Golf 3 mins away. 35 mins. to downtown Ithaca, Cornell U + IC. Great for a grad weekend, a girls getaway, or some family down time. TMH is a COZY CLEAN CABIN in a gorgeous setting, NOT a LUXURY HOME The space Year round lake cottage on level lot. Private road perfect for walks. Very little boat/jetski traffic. Boats welcome, but need to be pulled out in bad weather. No boat lift. ROKU TV ONLY. NO DISHWASHER. NOTE: Bathroom is VERY SMALL with 2 entrances and stand up shower only: one to the master bedroom and one to a small hallway. The hallway entrance is an extremely narrow/half sized door. This entrance to the bathroom would be difficult for a larger sized person to use. Guest access Entire house Other things to note -Best suited for: 2 -4 adults, 2 adults with 2-3 kids. 5 MAX is assuming some kids. Sheets and towels are provided. You may bring your own linens if you prefer. Beds are : Q, F, F, T -Bring water shoes; shore is rocky -Bring Beach towels -Dont forget Firewood and sunscreen. You are welcome to whatever driftwood you can find on the shore. -Water is from a well and is filtered; bring bottled water if you do not like the taste of well water. -Coffee maker is regular, NOT KEURIG - Vaccuum, broom, dustpan are in closet in bunk room. -We have: cornhole, canjam, frisbee, 5 camp chairs, swim noodles, lifejackets, 2 kayaks, a canoe, and 3 fishing rods. -Quiet time after 10pm -No parties -Light cleaning before checkout is required. -Clean fish outside only. -Fishermen: TAKE YOUR GARBAGE WITH YOU. Please bring your own garbage bags for this purpose. -Boats are welcome. No boat lift , you need to be prepared to pull boat out of the water in bad weather and also at night.
