If you're looking to get away from it all, ours is a semi rural location down a single track lane, right in the middle of the countryside. Only a 10 minute drive from Southport with all its facilities and there are several golf courses within easy reach. The big selling point at our location are the horses to three sides of the property. To the front, countryside looking out over the Moss and with far reaching views all the way to the hills of Chipping and beyond. The space The bungalow is set on a 2 acre plot has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a walk in wardrobe and a jack and jill en suite and comes with a large flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The living space has an open plan spacious lounge and dinning room which has a large flat screen TV, a patio to rear that comes with seating for a great view and access to main garden. There are swings located around the garden for the younger ones. Free WIFI and secure parking is included. Guest access Guest have 2 parking spaces outside the bungalow. Self check in available from midday and check out is 11:00 Other things to note *Southport is a 10 minutes drive away which boasts award winning restaurants, wine and cocktail bars, shopping outlets and theatres with amazing shows. *Marine Lake - one of the largest man made leisure/pursuits lakes in England *Leisure Lakes is 5 minutes drive away with a 9 hole golf course and fishing facilities as well as an award winning soft play barn (Jollies Barn) for the little ones, all on one site. *West Lancashire steam railway that runs most weekends and Wednesday is a 10 minute drive away in Hesketh Bank. *Mere Sands Woods and nature reserve is 10 minutes away, all accessed by car with parking on site. *Rufford Old Hall which belonging to the National Trust is well worth a visit. *Easy access to Liverpool on the A59 or via train from Southport station which has ample parking.
