Authentic winegrower's house (1900) renovated and equipped. No other accommodation opposite, quiet assured. Wooded setting. River 2 minutes away. First beach 15 minutes away. Mountain 25 min. Village center and all shops 6 km. Large living room/kitchen with fireplace, outdoor terrace, two bedrooms (3 beds/5 beds), indoor bathroom, outdoor bathroom (summer). Parking: 2 cars. NUMBER: 2024-24 The space Comfort and modernity combined with the charm of authenticity. This is the old house of my grandfather, a winegrower. There are no other nearby accommodations. In the dry season, I sometimes live for a few days in the summer room located in the cellar, which has a separate entrance from the accommodation. Calm and tranquility assured. For winter rentals (from November to March inclusive, a heating surcharge is requested, variable according to the rental period. Guest access The house is on two levels. The 1st floor ground floor = 78 m2 is for rent. The basement room (10 m2, 115 cm bed) is reserved for me. I only rent it out in the summer when I'm not there. The path that starts from the road and leads to the house (about 100 meters) is a dirt track that is a bit bumpy, like all the roads in Corsica. Take it slowly when you have a low car. Large road motorcycles, especially two on the bike = difficult. Risk of skidding...
