The space The condo is equipped with Highspeed wireless internet (wifi) and TV as well as radio which can be connected to your phone or iPod. Condo is non smoking only The condo is situated in an upscale neighbourhood across from the Palm Springs Mesa. It boasts beautiful views of the Mountains, 8 min drive from downtown Palm Springs, 10 min drive to the airport. It is an 8 min drive away from the most spectacular hiking trails of the Indian Canyons which were the original settlements of Palm Springs. Fifteen miles long, Palm Canyon is one of the areas of great beauty in Western North America. Its indigenous flora and fauna, which the Cahuilla people so expertly used and its abundant Washingtonia filifera (California Fan Palm) are breathtaking contrasts to the stark rocky gorges and barren desert lands beyond. A moderately graded, foot path winds down into the canyon for picnicking near the stream, meditating, exploring, hiking or horseback riding. The common grounds of Sandstone are beautifully kept and maintained year around. There are 4 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 bbq areas, Billiards and Ping Pong room a medium sized gym with a Universal trainer, Dumbbells and treadmills as well as 3 tennis courts. Guest access The entire condo can be used by the guest. Parking is available at the complex. There is a small gym, pool and ping pong room, several tennis courts and a BBQ area for guests to use. Other things to note No smoking at the pool deck or any common areas. Please use plastic cups and dishes in case you are enjoying a meal or drink at the pool deck. Pool rules are posted at the pool and spa area on a large board and are to be observed at any time. Quiet time from 10 pm until 7 am. Please observe the Tennis rules as well.
