Rental unit in Saint-Nazaire

This sea view accommodation is located opposite a family and supervised beach; ideally located close to the city center and the La Baule or Pornic area. Nearby are hiking trails by the sea and water sports etc... The refurbished apartment has new and comfortable bedding, a 7 m2 terrace sheltered from the wind and facing the sea. Outdoor parking is free. (we only accept small companion dogs). The space Kitchen open to living room area with sea view; bedroom area with sea view from the bed extended by a bathroom (walk-in shower, built-in sink and toilet). The 7.00 m2 south-facing terrace is accessible through two large bay windows. NB: As we do not charge a cleaning fee, we would appreciate finding our studio as you found it. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Parking is free all around the residence where there are several parking lots. Two bus stops are located on each side of the residence. (Cormorans stop and Villès-Martin stop)
