Quiet & secluded lakefront on Lake Osoyoos. Mature trees provide shade all day while leaving plenty of sun to soak up. Enjoy the lake on the included paddleboards or bring your boat to anchor out front. At the end of the day, enjoy a nice fire in the beach or lawn fire pits, taking in the breathtaking sunsets. Great sandy beach, nice lawn, plenty of parking, and multiple beds make this a great vacation to share with families. Minutes from town and a short hop to Canada, location is hard to beat. Lets face it, when you book Lakehouse Point, you don't plan to stay in the house itself much. If you're looking for a brand new house with granite counters and decorated by Martha Stewart, keep scrolling. If you're looking for a great house on an amazing lot, with beautiful trees, sandy beach, a wraparound covered deck with almost no neighbors, you've found it. The house is 1 story with a daylight basement totaling about 1800 sqft. Walk into the kitchen upstairs, with a small bar dividing the living room and kitchen. Access to both upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are off the living room. Down the stairs is the oversized bedroom with 2 full beds, great for the kids. Basement living room with a TV and Roku for some Netflix before bed. Second bathroom downstairs, washer and dryer, and separate entrance. The upstairs living room has plenty of seating for everyone on cozy couches and oversized chairs. Kitchen wasn't designed by Gordon Ramsay, but it works well with everything you should need. I'm always easily available via phone call or text. If the stars align, I would like to check you into the house to show you around a little, but if not there is a key hidden on site. Minutes from town, but quiet as can be. No neighbors to the north, occasional neighbors to the south, so you're often the only one around. Town is quiet at night, but steady traffic during the day. With two Mexican restaurants, two burger joints, and a brewery, you're non-cooking options are limited. Once the border opens back up, you're only 15 min from Osoyoos, BC, the "Palm Springs of Canada", so bring your passport. There you will find almost anything you need. Make sure to bring your jet skis, boat, and any other water toys or vehicles you can. If you don't have one, a good friend rents jet skis and boats just minutes away. Well behaved pets are allowed at $50/dog/stay, a refundable pet deposit of $150/dog, and we prefer them to stay off the furniture. Included are 3 paddleboards and a child's kayak, and we hope to add more soon. Fires in the pits are allowed with supplied wood, and should there be a fire ban, a propane pit is supplied. There is a very heavy anchor out front for boats as well.
