Steps Barn is a unique gallery style living space, where most household items, furniture and art are made by small independent artisans and some of the items you can also purchase through us should you fall in love with something during your visit! The space is thoughtfully curated, a mix of old and new. The 3 bedroomed barn is situated on a farm down a private tree lined track in the heart of Cerne Valley, a 10minute walk through the countryside to the lovely historical village of Cerne Abbas. The space the barn is in a quiet and secluded spot surrounded by forest and fields and has fantastic walks in abundance. You will really be able to enjoy peace and quiet here. We are about 30minute drive from a fantastic array of beaches and little villages / towns and close to the Somerset border. The barn has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a small single with a sloped ceiling. The small single room is ideally for a child as it leads off the main bedroom. The main bedroom with a double bed is part of a large open plan space with a living room at the other end. It sleeps 5 + comfortably. The barn is very cosy and has an old Rayburn and a log burner which keep the barn warm. Additionally there is a modern electric cooker/oven for everyday cooking. This place is suitable for anyone who loves the outdoors; available for singles, couples and families!
