Newly built and offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including an in-room mini-fridge, air conditioning/heat pump and a private bathroom. Every morning, guests can enjoy a typical Mediterranean breakfast. (not included in the rate, but can be added upon arrival) Located in a strategic position, it allows you to move easily around the area, being at the center of unmissable places of interest such as San Vito, Erice, Trapani, etc. The space Newly built B&B, it offers all the comforts for a pleasant vacation. Guest access Guests will have access to the shared kitchen, the pool, the terrace overlooking the salt flats, the parking lot, and exclusive access to the room with the booked bathroom. During your stay I'm always available to help guests have an experience to remember, giving local tips, sharing experiences, and describing the area. Other things to note The accommodation tax is not included in the rate, which costs €1.50 per person per night.
