Private room with private shower

I am Ali, alumni of Technical University of Denmark. I rent my room max 90 dyas per year to have guests with new stories and experiences. A private bedroom with a private shower is ready for a guest. I live in living room and the toilet is shared between us. It is close to Lyngby city center and train station. Bedroom face to garden with nice view. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need information. NOT suitable parking. Free parking 600m walk NOt suitable for two persons for long stay. The space Free wifi ( Not suitable for gaming and streaming with quality more than HD), dish washer. Laundry is in basement (I show you how it works and it is free of charge). For parking please contact me the free parking is 600 meter away. you have one drawer and one closet. shower and toilet have two separate doors. Shower has a door in your room and it is for you. Toilet has a door in corridor and we share the toilet. You are welcome to use coffee maker and make tea. The bed is Nocturne Gold with matters Nocturne cool with 5 cm latex. It is very comfortable. Guest access You have access to corridor, kitchen, toilet, garden (outside) During your stay You are welcome to talk or ask question as I am in common area or the door of my room is opened. if the door of my room is closed please knock the door or write me text so I come to common area. Feel free to talk or ask question anythime and I like to interact with guest. Other things to note I have more than 20 guest every year. From Argentina,US, all Europe, UK, China and more. With some guests I had more interaction. We had coffee, beer, cooking or more time to talking. Some other guests prefer to stay at their room with minimum interaction. Both type of guests are welcome to come here. The guests who come as guest students at DTU or get a new job here in Lyngby, they prefer to know this area more than what they will find in the internet and we have more time together. This room is good for people who like to have their stay with host. I also do the same. As I travel, I book a room in Airbnb with host to have a chance to talk with him/her.
