Our Harbor Retreat is a 12 minute drive to Downtown Nashville and a 1 minute walk across the street to the Rock Harbor Marina on the Cumberland River - home of the Blue Moon Restaurant & Bar as well as stand-up paddleboard and kayak rentals. This house has been completely renovated! It also has a new sleeper sofa with a queen sized mattress for an additional sleeping option for a 6th queen bed. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests have access to the entire house including a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cups and mugs to use as they wish. Guests have several options for their morning (or afternoon) caffeine boost - a traditional 12 cup coffee maker and a French Press with fresh local coffee grounds and tea choices provided. The covered front porch is a great spot to enjoy a beverage or conversation. Guests may also enjoy the living room area with a 65" 4K UHD Samsung flat screen with YouTube TV (70+ Channels) and very high speed G00GLE Fiber internet access to enjoy other streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. It also offers a washer & dryer complete with an iron & ironing board.
