Cabin in Penzance

Sea View Lodge is a private cabin overlooking the vineyard. It has been refurbished to an excellent high standard. The king size bed is fit for a king/queen! Super soft robes for getting out the large hot tub with sea views, woodland and vineyard views. A private garden overlooking a woods. Plenty of wildlife for that perfect romantic relaxing stay. Close to St Michaels Mount. Short drive to Lands End, St Ives and Porthcurno. Only 5 min drive away is the Scillonian ferry to the Isle of Scilly. The space Sea View Lodge is very secluded and set next to a private woods and fields behind. Overlooking a stunning local family run vineyard with sea views. Catch the sunrise over the sea during the winter months. The cabin is beautifully furnished with a stunning king size bed and luxury bedding. Slippers and robes, jams, sauces, coffee machine, tea and coffee, sugars, toiletries, biscuits, bottled waters, milk and a bottle of the local vineyards juice on every stay! . Vanity set, shower cap, toilet roll and few other items also included for a luxury stay. We have 2 very friendly Ridgeback dogs who love to free run around, they are really good but may pop up to say hello as they loves people. The bedroom is separated from the lounge area with a large floor to ceiling stunning curtain, Outside the cabin is a large decked area with a gorgeous big hot tub with loungers, Bluetooth speakers, fountain, waterfalls, and colour changing mood lights. The cabin has outside lights over the decked area and in the garden, perfect for a relaxing evening. Grab a blanket out the foot stall and cosy up in the evening. Also a bench to sit and watch the birds and other wildlife. Private grassed garden looks upon the woods with trees and plants attracting lots of nature and a tree rope swing. Listen to the birds in the woods or the squirrels that will come right up to the door! Parking for 2 cars. Award winning Bose wave music system (see pic for more info) and QLED 4K Samsung smart TV (see tv pic for more info). Netflix provided. The kitchen has everything you need for your holiday in Cornwall. Board games, cards and books are also in the cabin. disposable BBQ for those warmer months! Beach /garden bag available for hire in the summer with notice required. The cabin sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 infant (under 2). Please note bedding is not provided for travel cot. The bathroom has an electric shower not a bath. Winter /rainy weather / months advised to bring wellies as the lanes / woods can get muddy. We are very secluded where we are with only a handful of houses around. We live on the grounds so close if you need anything but you are still very private. Penzance is a great location for visiting West Cornwall . Only a 10 minute drive to Marazion beach where you can stroll across to St Michaels Mount, visit the castle where scenes from House of Dragons were filmed or the beautiful gardens around. Walk across the causeway if the tides out or taxi boat. 15 minute drive to Lands End, Sennen cove, Porthcurno beach (one of Cornwalls best beaches) St Just where scenes from Poldark were filmed and the Minack Theatre (open air theatre carved into the rocks overlooking the sea). Or the other way to the beautiful town of St Ives and Carbis Bay for its beautiful beaches and where the G7 summit was held all just a short drive away. Plenty of National trust gardens around. Trengwainton Gardens is only a 5 minute drive or even take a lovely stroll there through the village of Heamoor. Or have a day out to the isle of Scilly. Only 5 min drive away into penzance is the Scillonian ferry to the Isle of Scilly. ** please note as we live in a woods and surrounded by trees please avoid waking in the woods in / after high winds. The trees on our land are checked on a regular basis for any loose branches however strong winds can cause large branches to fall. We cannot be responsible for bad weather. If you see any branches looking dangerous please advise us ASAP. Do not use the hot tub during storms. Guest access As you come through the black electric gates (they may be open) turn up the 2nd driveway on the right, the cabin in directly in front. Our beautiful cabin, decking area, parking area and grassed garden and flowers for your enjoyment. Peacefully quiet and romantic, perfect for a Cornwall gateway! Other things to note We also offer extras such as romantic extras, birthday etc - Please message for details and prices. The lane leading to the cabin off the main road is very bumpy and no street lighting so please drive slowly and carefully. We have 2 ridgeback dogs who free ranges around. They are both very friendly happy dogs. We enjoy music and socialising. Recommended not to book if you don’t like dogs. Hot tub /children safety - please read the hot tub guide before use. Hot tub is 18 years and over only. We do not take any responsibility for your safety so please use as instructed , safety and at your own risk. Disposable BBQ’s available during your stay during spring/summer months. Please do not use on the hot tub, decking or directly on the grass. There is an area in the garden for bbq’s. Max 2 adults and 1 infant under 2. No parties/hen do’s / stag do’s/ group bookings/extra overnight guests. Complimentary WiFi is subject to weather/other work interruptions. Please do not place long clothing /towels on the line directly in front of the tree as if it’s windy they may get damaged. Please care of fake tan or similar products as they may stain towels /bedding. Do not use hot tub if you have fake tan on. Travel cot and high chair provided on request at no fee. Travel cot bedding is not provided. There is a sofa bed in the lounge but bedding for the sofa bed isn’t included. **Advised to Pre-book places to eat / visit during busy seasons to avoid disappointment.
