Secluded and quiet, this 1-story home is only 1 mile from the airport and wineries and ~4 miles from downtown. Enjoy the picturesque beauty of the 13.5-acre ranch, situated right by a little creek. Walking trails and Rooks Park are close by! Up the road is Klickers, local produce, and an antique store, where you can buy fruits, vegetables, and souvenirs! The space Welcome! Airbnb guests please enter the home from the front door. Please note there are caretakers living in the basement apartment, which is accessible from a separate entrance via the back of the home. There is no entrance to the upstairs from the back of the home, as this is the entrance to the basement only. The entrance between upstairs and downstairs by the kitchen is locked, both ways, for full privacy. If you want to go into the backyard of the house, you have to go out the front door and go around the side. Have a wonderful stay. Guest access Guests have access to the main floor of the home and the 13.5 acres surrounding it. The caretakers of the house live in the basement and it is locked. Other things to note There is no washer or dryer. The water is from an aquifer and is safe to drink. Also, there is a lockbox on the front door and we will leave a message on your cellphone before your arrival date. As well, when we say 1.5 bathrooms, we mean there is only 1 shower in one of the bathrooms.
