The space On the tenth and last floor of a modern residence, with elevators and swimming pool, private apartment facing the ocean and El Saladar Natural Reserve: one of the last remaining areas in the Canary Islands to host plants able to survive the high tides and many kinds of birds, squirrels and other animals. Bright, renovated in October 2016 and entirely new furnished, 40 square meters. Consisting of: living room with a comfortable sofa (bed-sofa opening with a single action, dimension 140x200 cm); fully equipped kitchen area (electric hob, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker); terrace overlooking the ocean with table and chairs; confortable double bed (dimension 150x190 cm); bathroom with shower. It includes: WiFi, TV (channels in Spanish, German, English), safe-deposit box, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning. It is designed to accommodate 2 people, possibly with children (maximum 2). The building is equipped with elevators, but you have to take the stairs for the last floor. Guest access On the third floor of the residence there are swimming pools, solarium and pool tables. Just outside the residence, after crossing the road, a pedestrian street leads to the beach, over the Natural Reserve, at about 250 m and continues to old town. On the beach there are a beach bar and some beach facilities. (see picture of solarium) Other things to note Morro Jable, Fuerteventura’s southernmost town and from the airport it takes about one hour by car or two hours by Tiadhe public bus and the bus stop is next to the lighthouse about 300 m far from the apartment. Besides a shuttle service is provided by shuttedirect website. If what you like it is a relaxing beach vacation, you don't need a car because the beach and all the services are very close. If you like touring the island, it os better ren a car, even if the bus service links some beaches.
