The entire apartment has been renovated in 2013, the bedroom has an intimate atmosphere and the bathroom has a big panoramic shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven. A mix of modern and vintage furniture with everything you might need for a pleasant staying, from wi-fi to the toaster. The flat, situated in an area with abundant free parking, is in a very convenient position to explore both Como lake area and South Switzerland: 5 minutes by car from Cernobbio and Villa Erba, 15 from Como, 2 minutes from Swiss border, 5 minutes from highway entrance (A9 to Milan) Guest access Guests can use the terrace and the washing machine (please ask before using, fee needed), situated in a shared area in common with another flat. The access is directly from the road, on the same level: 2 steps. Other things to note There is a public barbecue in a green area just 5 minutes from the flat, very close to the woods (perfect for dogs!) The sofa bed can become a double bed, French size.
