Renovated in 2019, detached, and not overlooked, this house enjoys the peace and beauty of a typical Creuse hamlet. Nestled in the heart of the Tarde Valley, the view of the hills and the pond below is unique. Less than 20 minutes from the tourist attractions of southern Creuse and very close to swimming ponds and open-air cafés. In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The space you will enjoy all the modern comforts associated with the charm of old Creuse stones. The new kitchen is fully equipped. The upstairs bedroom offers direct access to the terrace and bathroom. On the ground floor, from the sofa bed as soon as you wake up, a magnificent view and if you're lucky you'll see some deer. On the garden side, you can choose between a south-facing covered terrace (equipped with darts and foosball) to have your meals in the shade of large oaks and another sunset terrace. If you are sporty, free access to the owners' clay tennis court. The cottage is now equipped with a two-seater sauna and a 6-seater Nordic spa bath. Tip: bring bathrobes for when you get out of the bath. The cottage is equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, remember to bring pods. Other things to note We do not accept pets. In July and August we will only take weekly or fortnightly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, check-in 4pm checkout 10am. We can provide sheets for 10 E or you can bring your bedding. (140 beds with duvet).
