The house has a lovely living room with tilt ceilings. Large wooden terrace around the house, allowing you to enjoy the view over the bay or in over Broagerland. The cottage area is located on Broagerland in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful trips along the gendarme trail and castle and forest in Gråsten. The space Our home has three bedrooms, all suitable for adult guests. In two of the rooms there is a double bed, in one room there are two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. The kitchen contains everything you need if you choose to cook your own meals. The terrace has a super nice view. Sønderborg is a lovely trading town with a nice harbor promenade. Here are several lovely cafes and restaurants. Other things to note The house is located in the second row down to the water. It is located on a slope with lovely views of Vemmingbund. Our home was built in the spring of 2021. The garden is newly established and there is a sheltered and protected backyard. The house has a large loft that is nice for children to stay in. However, they must be of a certain age (5 years) before it is safe for them to go up to the loft themselves. Smoking is prohibited in the house and we do not rent to a group of young people between 16-26 years of age There is a large terrace with great opportunities to find sun and shade. The furniture can of course be placed as you wish. Cushions are placed in cushion boxes on the terrace The SPA on the terrace can only be used by appointment and cannot be heated
