The space Spacious & Peaceful Living space (Over 50 m² / First Floor) Located on the first floor of a quiet, secure residential complex, this spacious home (over 50 m²) features: Open-Plan Living & Dining Area: A comfortable living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Private Bedroom & Bathroom: Designed for ultimate comfort and a good night's sleep. Spacious Private Garden: Relax outdoors, unwind after a day of sightseeing, or enjoy a summer BBQ in the garden. ( Have to book with a fee) Fully Stocked Kitchen: Everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, complete with basic pantry essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, and pasta. Guest access - You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. My family lives next door, so we're always available if you need anything. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage with us, free of charge. - Street parking is safe and free. - Private parking costs 5€/ day ( Reservation is required) Other things to note - Guests enter the house through gate number 27 (instead of number 25). - Please keep quiet after 11:00 PM. - Please don't smoke in the house. - The parking is on the street. It is Free and Safe. We have private parking, which costs 5€/ day. (Reservation is needed). - The room rate is for 2 guests using one bedroom.
