Room with bathroom in single-family house

Approximately 16 square meter, quiet room with 2 separate beds, one of which is also preferably used as a double bed. The room is basically designed for one or two guests. The small bathroom with tub shower is available to guests for their own use during the stay. Both rooms are located in a self-contained apartment on the 2nd floor of a large single-family home. The space Household with animal (dog), parking on request in private driveway, quiet house, good residential area, good connection to public transport, bus at the doorstep, S-Bahn [suburban train] within walking distance in 15-20 minutes. Guest access Guests have the room and bathroom at their disposal during the stay. The balcony can be used until 10 pm. During your stay I am often at home and therefore almost always available for questions :)
