Secret Trails Holiday Lodge, Kippford, Sleeps 5

Lovely wooden holiday lodge in a beautiful scenic area on the Solway coast. This lodge has 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen /living area, toilet and shower room, balcony, and parking for two cars. (sorry, no pets allowed) We are 10 mins walk from the tidal estuary, cockle shell beach and woodland walks , & 2min ride from Dalbeattie 7 Stanes Mountain bike trails Sadly The Anchor village pub closed in Dec25, and The Mariner won't open until summer 26. Other pubs/takeaways within 5-10min drive. The space Sleeping: 1 double bed room, 1 small twin bed room and 1 single bed room. Shower room: Small shower room with electric shower, toilet, sink and spare toiletries . Towels are provided. Living areas: Open plan kitchen/dining area/living room, which opens to a patio balcony with outdoor seats and a table for sunny weather. Inside there is a TV and DVD player (some dvds for all ages are provided). We have a small log burner stove (1 large basket of logs are provided) if you wish to use it and electric heating. The log burner has a fire guard for safety if children are staying. Kitchen: Open plan. It has a hob and oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer section and the usual pots and pans, plates and cutlery etc. Please note that there is no dishwasher due to space. Outside: Parking for 2 cars. Small grass garden area with a few trees and a concrete chalet surround. Be aware there is also a rocky sloped area which is not suitable to climb on. For children: We do not have a travel cot available, but there is a high chair, games, toys and books, buckets and spades and nets (for family beach trips). Please bring beach towels as the chalet towels are not suitable for the beach. Thanks. Other things to note No pet policy.
