Welcome to our river-side escape with B&B lodging for up to 4, ages 12 and above. Morning Glory House is one (1) of two (2) options from which to choose, with the other being the "River View Bunk House" (also listed on this site) whether for a romantic get-away, family reunion or wedding. Located near Christoval, Texas, just on the edge of the famous Texas Hill Country, guests can bring their favorite "flotation devices"...whether they be tubes, kayaks or a canoe and are welcome to fish. The space Morning Glory House, a 2-story B&B cottage, sits just above Concho River's edge and sleeps up to four. Built in 2002, the house has cozy decor. From the wrap-around porch guests enjoy views of the river along with open spaces where wildlife abound - owls, turkeys, and deer visit while tiny jeweled hummingbirds visit during warmer months. Our S. Concho River flyway is a welcome habitat for a variety of birds seeking food and water in the vast West Texas area. Guest access Morning Glory House is a stand-alone, 2 story cottage with its own drive, entrances and parking spaces. Guests are welcome to roam the 8 acre property...however, if other guests are on the premises are asked to respect each other's space. Other things to note With our location being secluded and a bit off the trail, we appreciate having verbal contact with guests before and during your stay. Please note: the listed room rate is for 2 people. $15 is added per guest for each lodging nite.
