Oberursel ist 15 minutes from Frankfurt- Fair by train. 1 room studio with own entrance, "Amercain-Kitchen & Bathroom, terrasse, sun in the morning. Perfect for young, creativ people/couple without children, Frankfurt -Fair visitors, tourists. It's a big modern Studio (47m2) simply furnished- like a Loft for an artist. New since July 25 🌿 Ein kleiner Beitrag / A small contribution / Une petite contribution : 2 € p.P./Nacht ✨ bei Ankunft, zur Unterstützung und Verschönerung von Oberursel 🏡. The space Creative people will feel at home in this unusual, 47m2 basement area - 2 windows, with white painted pipes and (important!) low ceiling height 2.10! A 160x200 bed offers practical and comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 adults and a small sofa bed for 1 child. Recently, there is also a folding armchair bed (80x190) with feet for a slim person. A desk with 2 chairs and a large TV (Netflix) are also available. A garden surrounds the house. Since April 2025 we are redesigning the side garden in front of your entrance. An old hedge has been removed. New plantings and other work are temporarily pending. We ask our guests for their understanding. Sometimes used as a studio by the landlady, it should invite you to be/become creative yourself! Furnished in a modern style and with all the necessary equipment, it is the perfect place to get to the most important thing: inspiration! In summer you can paint and draw outside on the terrace. I am happy to give tips or - on request - a course (singing, drawing) Ideal for trade fair visitors who just want to stay overnight and are travelling during the day. Long-term bookings are also possible. Important information for LZB If you register with the residents' registration office, you are obliged to pay the monthly ARD/ZDF licence fee (approx. €18.70) yourself. TV & radio to the responsible office. Guest access You are all to yourself, with your own entrance. I live in the house above you with my partner, son and another resident on the floor above. I can be reached by mobile phone (preferred), but also directly if you have important questions. Next door in the basement I also rent a 2-room flat to a nice student. Guests usually get to know each other. Other things to note Separate waste - in the garage Plastic = yellow bag Paper, cardboard = blue bin General rubbish always tied up tightly! = grey bin Organic (please no meat scraps! no bread!) = brown bin next to the front door in winter. NEW since July 2025: “A small local tourism fee of €2 per person/night is collected upon arrival – a contribution to keeping Oberursel beautiful and welcoming. We live parallel to the S-Bahn line, but your peace and quiet is not disturbed as your studio and the terrace are behind our garage, facing the garden. Only long-term residents who are registered with the Oberursel residents' registration office are responsible for their own TV and radio licence fees (€18.70). All tenants should like music and singing, as I give singing lessons 3 times a week on Tues, Wed and Thurs afternoons until about 8pm. If you feel like singing, you are welcome to take a singing lesson or book a themed workshop.
