The clients are responsible for the behavior and hygiene of their pets, as well as for the conservation of the material of the house such as furniture/curtains, etc. The pet will not be allowed on the sofa or on the beds. 4-The houses of Can Gat Vell have been categorized with "claus" and "espigues" by the autonomous government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, to determine their quality. 5-We live in the property and we make sure that all is in order, we make daily the maintenance of the communal spaces. and we are at your disposal if you need something. 6-Living in a rural residential area, music or activities that can cause noise and nuisance to other guests or our neighbours are not allowed.
