Madrid Countryside with heated saltwater pool

Escape to the Sierra de Madrid and disconnect. A separate apartment on the 2nd floor of our villa, with privacy and comfort. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and sunny terrace. Enjoy the garden and the heated saltwater pool (Apr–Oct, depending on the weather). Outdoor cinema with projector and screen, and Netflix at home. Nature, trails and charming villages nearby. We live downstairs and will be available if you need anything during your stay. No pets, no smoking, no parties. The space Brand new family home, opened in 2020, designed by the owner, with a Scandinavian touch and energy efficient. Located in a small and beautiful rural village 50 km from downtown Madrid. It is a villa with two totally independent homes. The ground floor is our usual home and the first floor is the house that is rented. It has a garden, outdoor cinema, barbecue and private heated saltwater pool. The pool is heated by solar panels, so the water temperature depends on the air temperature and/or the intensity of the sun. Although we can share this space (garden area), when we have guests we like them to have their privacy and we do not use the garden or the pool. The area is a paradise for outdoor activities such as cycling, skiing and hiking. All furniture is brand new and carefully chosen. The beds are very comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and other small appliances. The house is located in an area where you can enjoy incredible and exclusive views in a very quiet atmosphere. It has a barbecue. Guest access The entire area around the house, as well as the garden, barbecue and pool. Although we can share this space, when we have guests we like them to have their privacy and we do not use the garden or the pool. Other things to note Keep in mind that the building has 2 independent houses and the photos you see are of the house on the first floor, which is the one that is rented. The ground floor house is not rented as it is our usual residence. By law, all guests, including children, must register.
