The space Recently built family home, inagurated in 2020, designed by the owner, with a Scandinavian touch and energy efficient. Located in a small and beautiful rural town 50 km from the center of Madrid. It is a chalet with two completely independent houses. The ground floor is our habitual residence and the first floor is the house being offered here. It has a garden, outdoor cinema, barbecue and private heated saltwater pool. The pool is heated by solar panels so the water temperature depends on the air temperature and/or the intensity of the sun. Although we share this space (garden area), when we have guests we like them to have their privacy and we tend to not use the garden or the pool. The area is a paradise for outdoor activities such as cycling, skiing and hiking. All the furniture is new and carefully chosen. The beds are very comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and other small appliances. The house is located in an area where you can enjoy incredible and exclusive views in a very quiet environment. Guest access The entire area around the house as well as the garden, the barbecue and the pool. Although we share this space, when we have guests we like them to have their privacy and we don't use the garden or the pool. Other things to note It must be taken into account that the building has 2 independent houses and the photos that you see are of the house on the first floor, which is the one that is rented. The house on the ground floor is not for rent and is the our residence. By the law all the guests including children have to do the registration.
