Very beautiful 3 bedrooms duplex with a terrace located in downtown of Liège, in a beautiful and calm pedestrian street. The apartment was entirely renovated in 2018. It was decorated and furnished by the Blink workshop, a spaces and objects designing office well-known in Wallonie. The space The living room has an equipped kitchen, a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 persons, a lounging area, an office area, a TV area and an access for the interior courtyard The upstairs has three bedrooms with two bathrooms connecting with the bedrooms. There is also an independant WC in the night hall. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees). The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking (videoconferencing, streaming, etc.). Guest access Located on the first floor with access by lift or stairs. Other things to note Thanks in advance for informing ZE Agency about your planned arrival hour. We will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the exact address of the agency and of the accommodation. Arrival/Departure: extra fees of €25 and €35 will be charged for any arrival after 8:00PM and 11:00PM. A surplus of €25 will be charged for any departure before 8:00AM. Spare beds and child beds’ are available on request and they have to be confirmed by the agency. The number of people in the accommodation cannot exceed the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation.
