The space The property is a three-room apartment on two levels, designed to provide comfort and privacy for up to 6 guests: Living Area: A bright living room with a double sofa bed and a practical, fully equipped kitchenette. Sleeping Area: One air-conditioned master bedroom and a twin room with bunk beds and high-quality wooden wardrobes. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with showers (one on each floor), finished in sea-blue tones. Outdoor Living: Main Veranda (East): Accessible from the living room and covered, furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Includes a drying rack. Entrance & Patio: Private area between the gate and the front door with a covered veranda, ideal for storing beach gear. Balcony: Private outdoor balcony attached to the bunk bedroom. Amenities: Air Conditioning: Available only in the master bedroom. No Wi-Fi: Designed for a complete break from the daily routine. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment and its private outdoor spaces (main veranda, entrance patio, and balcony). At your complete disposal, you will find: Private parking space reserved right in front of the entrance. The access: the main entrance through the private patio. The entire house is designed to ensure maximum independence and privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note We are happy to host you! To help you better organize your stay, please note the following practical details: Linen and Towels: The apartment is rented without linen. For your convenience, we offer a professional rental service (sheets and towel sets) at €20 per person per stay. Crib: Available for infants (0-2 years) upon request for €5 per day. Pets: Welcome only upon prior request and authorization; a dedicated refundable security deposit is required. Tourist Tax: The local fee is €1.50 per person/day, payable in cash at check-in. Security Deposit: A €200 cash deposit is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded at check-out after property inspection.
