It has two spacious terraces: One with exit from the living room, sea and mountain views, partially roofed and equipped with umbrella and outdoor furniture. Another with access from the master bedroom, which connects directly to the communal pool. The house is distributed on two floors: Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and a full bathroom. Being in a cooler area, it is ideal even in the hottest months. Upper floor: fully equipped kitchen, second bathroom and living room with air conditioning, TV, fan and direct access to the terrace with table for eating or dining outdoors.
