This clean, comfortable, single family home is located in an established residential neighborhood and is ideal for short or longer term visitors to the University of Illinois, or any other attraction in Champaign-Urbana. It is a 5 minute drive to the University, its stadium and other sports complexes, and the State Farm Event Center. As you'll see from the attached photos, the cozy house is tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. We live just 10 minutes away, and enjoy greeting guests upon their scheduled arrival. However, if that's not possible, or you prefer a contactless entry, you may use the coded lockbox. We are always available via Airbnb messaging (or phone in emergency) anytime you should have questions or need anything. Off-street parking; and if you don't have a car, the city bus stops just steps from the house at the corner of a large city park. The neighborhood is very walkable and pleasant.
