Just 50' from Rome the village of Castel di Tora, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy, dominates the Turano lake, bathing, full of marine fauna and where you can fish, or rent boats and canoes and pedal boats to navigate it. It's also surrounded by mountains and natural parks, with plenty of hiking and hiking options for all levels. Some riding stables offer the possibility to ride safely around the area. The house is on two floors, on the ground floor living room with kitchen sofas bed and fireplace, on the first floor bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake and bathroom. The house is separated from the second floor with a locked door, where there is another room with bathroom, to which any guests access from a different access, so the rooms are completely separate and is guaranteed 100% privacy;) Other things to note If you are more than 4 people, or want to be more comfortable if in 4, we have another listing for the same house, also on Airbnb, with 2 bedrooms + 2 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms (tot. 6 seats) the house is for your exclusive use, you don't have to share it with anyone else (the top floor is separated by a locked door). No safety issues, no noise. You sleep very well;) We offer FREE cot (with mattress, but no sheets) and high chair for your child under 2 years old! If you need them, please let us know in advance.
