Beautiful alpine hut for rent for up to 10 people (pets allowed) with outdoor hot tub and dream view in the Zillertal at 1500 m. Information about the hut: approx. 200 sqm of living space, large living-dining area (TV, HiFi system), large kitchen with dishwasher & kitchen appliances, gas & wood stove, 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as other sleeping options in the house, 2 bathrooms, large sun terrace, wooden hot tub for approx. 6-8 people. Central heating, 2 wood stoves, own water source, power supply The space The hut called Steiner Alm is located on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße [Zillertal high road] (toll road) and is very easily accessible from May to November (parking directly behind the house). Attention: From December to April, the connection only works via the Hochzillertal ski resort, or from Breierhof Zellberg (1000 m) with touring skis or snowshoes (optional Skidoo). Central heating, 2 wood stoves, own water source, power supply. In the immediate vicinity there are a variety of activities for young and old. For example, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, via ferrata, collecting mushrooms & blueberries, exploring nature, summer toboggan run, Arena Coaster, mountain lakes, swimming pools, horseback riding, animals, hut hikes, Kristallhütte, Weldelhütte, Grünalm, Hirschbichlalm, skiing, snowboarding, Hintertux glacier, sledding, etc. At the cabin, there are musical instruments such as guitar, EPiano, games, TV, HiFi system, fireplace, grill, etc. Guest access The hut is available for the exclusive use of our guests. The key is stored with the Fankhauser family in the Breierhof for you upon arrival, and must be returned there upon departure. If any damage has occurred, please inform us immediately & at the latest before departure so that there is enough time to remedy it. The next guests should then find the cottage in perfect condition again in order to enjoy their vacation there to the fullest. Thank you! Bed linens and towels: Upon arrival, the beds are made with fresh sheets. If you want to use the sofa bed in the living room, you will find bed linen in the closet of the large bedroom on the lower level. There are 10 large & 10 smaller towels available for you. The cabin is heated with gas and wood. In addition to the wood stoves in the kitchen and living room, there is gas central heating in all rooms. The 2000 kg gas tank has been tested and is buried in the garden next to the cabin / pool, which means there is absolutely no danger. The old wood-burning stove in the kitchen takes some time to get going well. For this reason, when heating at the beginning, you should start with very easily combustible objects such as paper & cardboard scraps, small spruce wood pieces, etc. to avoid soot formation. Right next to the wood-burning stove, there is also a gas stove with 4 cooking areas and an oven.
