Please treat our home respectfully. Turn off the water before you leave. Set all thermostats to 55 during the winter season. Turn off all lights and make sure windows are closed. Do not use the fireplace unless you know how. All prospective tenants are required to complete the Stillwater Lakes Civic Association Tenant Registration Form. Guests will have access to our entire home EXCEPT the shed, hallway closets and crawl spaces. For enhanced security of the property there are 2 surveillance or recording devices. One on the inside of the home facing the front entry way and the second on the outside of the home facing the entry way/driveway/deck area. We are available via phone 24 hours a day seven days a week to answer any questions. Stillwater Lakes Civic Association(SLCA) is a safe and private community, nestled in the woods of the Pocono Mountains, with lakes, streams, hiking trails, mountains and more, there is something for everyone to enjoy! Our neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Note: There is a railroad freight train line that passes behind the home, and runs along the far end of the back of the property. This train does not run on a daily schedule. Speed Limit: The speed limit at SLCA is 25 Mph, and where as other wise posted, weather conditions permitting. Planning to take a coach bus to the area? Local bus terminal: 2 Fork St, Mt Pocono, PA 18344 (ONLY a 10 minute Uber ride away) All travelers/renters are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Stillwater Lakes Civic Associations Rules & Regulations. A copy of the Rule and Regulations will be provided within the property. Community amenities are available to all guests for an additional fee and must be paid on site to the main office of the community. All instructions for obtaining guests passes for use of amenities will be clearly outlined in the Instructions Manual within the property.
