Some areas of the spacious villa remain unoccupied and others are reserved for your use. During the stay, you'll be the sole occupants, apart from the owners who may occasionally be in another part of the house. Enjoy the lush gardens, private pool, and serene countryside. The space The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, boasting 3 double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for six and a view of the valley, a comfortable living area with a fireplace, and two terraces. With ample space to relax and unwind, it's the ideal home away from home for couples or small families seeking a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of your stay will undoubtedly be access to our extensive gardens and private facilities. You can enjoy leisurely strolls through 40 hectares of unspoiled fresh hill countryside, dine al fresco in the equipped garden with dining table and sofas, or soak up the Italian sun by the private 18-meter pool with sun loungers. Additionally, there is a swim-friendly private lake on the property for a refreshing dip. There is the possibility of renting one more floor (only for the same group of people) up to 10 people.
