The apartment, bright and recently renovated, complete with every comfort, is located on the first floor of a two-story villa surrounded by a large equipped garden (showers, barbecue, tables) with direct access to the beach. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story villa, which is accessed via a flight of stairs with a security gate that borders the terrace facing the sea (see photo). Inside there is a large living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom with a shower, and a second terrace overlooking the garden at the entrance to the house. There is also a small attic that is very useful as a storage room and a second bathroom without a shower. The apartment has new furnishings and fixtures complete with new mosquito nets in each opening, air conditioning positioned in the living area that cools the entire apartment. On the terraces there are deck chairs, tables and parasols. The garden is shared with the tenants on the ground floor (the owners if present), equipped with showers for returning from the beach and barbecue. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people plus a small child who sleeps in a crib by agreement with the owners. The location is quiet, ideal for families. TOURIST TAX: By resolution of the Municipal Council no. 70 of 12/20/2021, the Municipality of Orosei established the Accommodation Tax with effect from 2022. The rate is 1 euro per night per person. Children under the age of 12 and disabled people who are not self-sufficient are exempt. The payment of the tourist tax must be made at check-in. Guest access Access times and methods: Check-in at 4:00 p.m., after agreeing with the owners to collect the keys. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. During check-in, an ID will be required for each guest and the payment of the tourist tax.
