As you walk into the condo you’ll notice the well lit kitchen just to the right and small bar area to the left. As you make your way past the kitchen you will enjoy excellent pass views from the large living area and expansive balcony. Once further, you will come to the first bedroom and bath. Next the large master suite with updated bath. Both bedrooms have balcony doors and stunning views of the destin pass. Condo only sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 king beds. There is NO sleeper sofa. The space You will have access to the entire condo which includes two bedrooms with king beds along with two bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer. New primary bath upgrade, new sectional, new dining area 3/2026 Guest access All guests will have access to the pool, beach, small workout room and general parking for 2 cars maximum(a parking pass is required). Only one pool is available for guest. The pool with the blue cushions is strictly off limits. Other things to note Our condo is just steps away from the water taxi pickup point on Norriego Point. Water taxi is seasonal. The swimming pool is just steps away from the private beach area which is protected by a seawall with no water access. Public beach access is next door on Norriego Point. This condo is comfortable for up to 4 guest as it only has two king beds. There in No sleeper sofa. The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. We also have a Keurig, air fryer, toaster, crock pot, and a blender.
