Tuscan Farmhouse with Pool in the Chianti

This beautiful house is a portion of a typical tuscan farmhouse built in the 15th century surrounded by olive trees. From the village of Montefiridolfi, where you can find a grocery store, there is a 600 meters gravel road to reach the house. There is a nice short walk you can do to see the horses in the fields nearby. The house has a big lawn with a barbecue area and a nice veranda with a dining table. From the lawn you can walk to the pool area with a gazebo. The space The house has some personal objects, books, etc.. which you can use but please be respectful! The house entrance is through a nice veranda with big glass windows that overlook the lawn. The living room has a ceiling fan and a fireplace, a door leads to a small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is big and has all kitchen appliances and a washing machine. From the corridor you have access to the first double room with AC, further down you enter the main bedroom with AC, windows with a wonderful view and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. In the main bedroom there is the access to the third smaller bedroom with AC. Guest access You can park the car in the parking area in the field above the house. The swimming pool is just a few steps away. Other things to note -The pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.
