Modern 2.5-room-appartment quietly situated with view on the mountains and a pond The space The apartment is part of a newly constructed building from 2016. It has its own entry as well as its own outdoor parking lot. Modern equipment The apartment comes with an adjustable floor heating as well as a controlled domestic ventilation that feeds the apartment permanently with fresh air. A bus system allows central control of lights, blinds and heating (on demand via smart phone). You have internet access using the provided Ethernet connections or WiFi. If required, you can disconnect the apartment completely from power supply (protection against electric smog). Kitchen The kitchen comes with refrigerator, hob, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, there are microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. A small freezer is located in the storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers amongst others cooking pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, drinking glasses and cups. Living / Dining Directly affilitated to the kitchen is the dining table with 6 chairs. The couch can be widened and used as additional sleeping berth. The 50" plasma TV offers more than 150 TV channels (therefrom 90 in HD) incl. live pause and 30 hours timeshift. From the living and dining area you can directly go to the roofed terrace. Laundry The apartment offers an own laundry with washing machine and dryer which are provided exclusively for the guests. The laundry can be used as storage room too. Roofed terrace The big terrace has a glass roof and provides a wonderful view on the mountains and the nearby pond. Security All windows are appointed with a 4-point lock with lockable window handle. The front door is also secured and equipped with a panic lock. Guest access Whole apartment incl. laundry is available exclusively for the guests Other things to note According to Liechtenstein law, all guests over 15 years have to pay visitor's taxes of CHF 2.50 per person and night. You can pay the total amount of the visitor's taxes at your arrival in cash or it can be charged as additional service by Airbnb.
