The space Maintaining the space is a regular cleaning person who lives just across Red Arrow Highway and understands exactly how best to please our Airbnb guests. Take a look at the reviews for more comments. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms, one with a new queen size firm bed and the other with a double bed, plus a double trundle bed in the sunny front area. The small bathroom has a shower and there's also an outdoor upright shower for after swim. The large screened in back porch is perfect for reading, games, and eating local fare around the antique farm table. The fire pit is a good draw, with ample seating; and the stand-up hose/shower by the back door is new this year, to help with sandy feet etc (especially with kids) Gas and charcoal grill available; large fenced in yard. Clothes line available for hanging wet suits, towels etc. Badminton court with equipment. Bocce set. Other things to note This is an older cottage with antiques and loads of charm--not a modern condo! Small shower, no dishwasher or washing machine; yes microwave. If you can leave it in the same condition you find it, I will be super happy.
