You live in your own spacious room with your own toilet and shower and access to a shared kitchen, living room and garden on the ground floor. You will only have access to the ground floor, not the upper floor. Furnished terrace and garden facing south from morning to night. Only 800 meters walk from Bredäng subway station directly to the villa. It takes 18 minutes by train to T-Centralen and 9 minutes to Liljeholmen. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, mixer and microwave. In the bedroom downstairs, there are two single beds that can be separated or put together to form a double bed. The laundry room and sauna may be used.
