Our house is in the south Gironde between the great vineyards of Sauternes, Graves, and Entre-Deux Mers, very close to the Landes forest. It's a beautiful area with varied landscapes. Many small towns (Bazas, Langon, Villandraut...) offer the calm and sunny charm of the southwest (colorful markets, gastronomy, great wines, old stone buildings...).
