The Loft, self contained accommodation, Godalming

Recently refurbished, bright & modern accommodation in self contained loft with views to countryside. One mile from Godalming town centre's riverside location with great amenities including mainline train station, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Keep cosy in the cooler months with a fire in the woodburner. Newly installed gas central heating and double glazing. The space The Loft is a self contained bedroom/living room on the first floor of our double garage, with own kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. It has it's own entrance. Guest access The Loft has kitchen, bathroom and combined upstairs living and bedroom. Other things to note Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. Please message if you would prefer alternative milk or if milk is not needed. There are various heat sources including the woodburner upstairs & newly installed gas central heating. There is also an electric fire and an electric blanket on the bed. The bathroom has an electric heated towel rail for the summer months and one that runs on the hot water system. I can supply a continental breakfast if it is required at an added cost of £10 per day, please message in advance if you would like this. The Loft does not have any garden or outside space.
