Home&Work 201 is located in the Niortais hypercenter, quiet, a short walk from the main square of La Brèche, shopping streets and all amenities (SNCF train station 700 m away). Located in a small building dedicated to your stay, it is a small comfortable studio with shower room and kitchenette on the 2nd floor without elevator, ideal for one person. Its blockbuster decor, optimized layout and multiple amenities will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space The neat decor, the well thought-out layout and the ideal location in the heart of the city make our studio a perfect base for the traveling professional as well as the individual on a walk. Guest access In addition to the studio with its own kitchenette, desk and bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower, you have access to a common area on the ground floor allowing you to relax or work comfortably on a sofa or high table. Other things to note Parking in the Place de la Comédie a few meters away is free from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. It's pretty easy to find a spot there in the evening. The place is non-smoking and has only one bed for two people. The small living room on the ground floor is shared and therefore cannot be used for the installation of an extra bed.
