"Villa Coco" is a beautiful renovated 200 m² stone house dating from 1800 located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 30 min from La Rochelle and the beaches, 25 min from Niort, 1h10 from Futuroscope and 1h30 from Puy du Fou. It can accommodate 12 people. There is a large garden, a heated pool that gets sun all day, a petanque court and shaded areas. The space The house is a restored old stone farmhouse built in the 1800s. It is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. We provide all bed linen for each rental. Towels and bath towels are provided only for weekly rentals. Baby cots and highchairs available. Guest access The whole house will be yours. I won't be there but someone you trust will prepare and clean the property before and after your stay. She can also come if needed. Each of these villages is located by the water and offers the possibility to go by boat... We also provide you with 3 kayaks for 2-3 people free of charge (maximum load: 200 kg/kayak). The river located at the end of the cul-de-sac allows you to take a walk in the Marais Poitevin from the house and enjoy the some 4000 km of streams, rivers and other canals in the region!! We also recommend visiting the beautiful ornithological park "Les Oiseaux du Marais poitevin" located just 5 minutes from the house (open from the 1st Sunday of April to All Saints' Day) but also the Abbey of Maillezais located 20 minutes away, the forest and Mervent Zoo 40 minutes away, the Futuroscope 1 hr 10 minutes away, the Puy du Fou 1 hr 30 minutes away and the Bordeaux vineyards less than 2 hours away.
