You will definitely have a pleasant stay in this south west facing house. It is located in a private cul-de-sac. Small, quiet village, but only 2 km from all amenities. The house is ideal for a family stay, with children. The back yard is completely enclosed and embellished with games so you don't get bored! Listing is non-smoking. You will have private parking space in front of the house. The space The house consists of a large living room, an open-plan kitchen leading off it, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Will be at your disposal: * Kitchen: plenty of storage, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction and gas stove, Senseo coffee machine, electric drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, * Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and plenty of storage space, * Living room: TV, internet (free WI-FI). On a fully enclosed property (perfect for a stay with children), you will find a small garden with a secluded terrace, a clothes drying rack, and a garden table and chairs. You'll be able to leave your bikes safely there. For children, you will find board games, books, and toys. There's even a small desk for drawing. Or write postcards: a small "vintage" side to share news with the family and grandparents! One thing is for sure, it's forbidden to make revisions! The holidays on the island of Oléron, it's made to put the brain to rest! Outside, the kids will find a swing, a trampoline, and a small cabin. The accommodation has a crib with mattress pad, a high chair, plates/cups/cutlery for toddlers, a toilet reducer, a small pot and a baby bathtub. Maybe you'll have that chance with your kids;D The bed consists of two 140/190 cm beds, and a 90/190 cm bed. Each bed consists of one pillow per guest, a mattress pad, and a duvet. Bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, and pillowcase for each bed) as well as bath linens (2 towels per adult) can be provided on request, for RENT (payment on site): ° Bedding: €10/bed, for your entire stay ° Toilet linen: €5/person for your entire stay Tea towels and hand towels will be provided automatically. You will also find basic necessities to start your stay without stress: toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags... Household cleaning products will be provided for the duration of your stay, and also to ensure that, when you check out, you leave the property in the same condition as you found it when you checked in. Garbage cans will need to be emptied, the toilet bowl and brush will need to be left clean... The house adjoins my little living area so I remain at your disposal if you need anything, while remaining very discreet. And Airbnb messaging will do just as well! SELF CHECK-IN is quite possible.
