This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a very quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient! The space This is a wonderful and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex. WIFI, cable, Roku TV in living room, enjoy the ocean views and breezes on the back porch, outdoor shower (enclosed with hot & cold water), washer/dryer, short walk to the beach, all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay.
